Be Super CreativeThis Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into as of November 24, 2025, between:
Be Super Creative (“Consultant”)
and
[Client Name] (“Client”).Together referred to as “the Parties.”
1. Purpose
The purpose of this MOU is to outline the scope, expectations, and working relationship for a limited engagement in which Be Super Creative will perform a Brand Marketing Audit, Analysis, and Strategy Draft covering the Client’s existing brand and digital assets. This preliminary engagement serves as the foundation for a subsequent 6–12 month long-term agreement, which will be drafted after the completion of this scope of work.
2. Scope of Work
Be Super Creative will provide the following services during the week of November 24–30, 2025:
A. Brand Marketing Audit
- Review and evaluate existing brand assets, including:
- Logos
- Color palette and usage
- Typography
- Brand imagery and visual language
- Assess consistency and alignment across existing materials.
B. Digital Presence Analysis
- Review social media channels (content, tone, engagement, visual consistency).
- Evaluate website structure, messaging, user experience, and creative alignment.
- Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities across all platforms.
C. Strategy Draft
- Develop an initial strategic direction document that outlines:
- Key insights from the audit and analysis
- Short-term and long-term brand recommendations
- Messaging and positioning direction
- Suggested social media and content frameworks
- Priority actions needed to improve brand consistency and performance
This draft strategy will serve as the basis for a comprehensive proposal for a longer-term engagement.
3. Timeline
- Start Date: November 24, 2025
- Completion Date: November 30, 2025
- Findings and the Strategy Draft will be delivered to the Client no later than December 1, 2025.
4. Fees
- The Parties acknowledge that this MOU represents a pre-contract discovery engagement.
- Fees for this one-week audit/analysis may be set at:
- $[Insert Rate or Flat Fee], payable upon receipt of invoice.
- A formal detailed proposal for the 6–12 month engagement will be provided after deliverables are submitted.
5. Deliverables
Be Super Creative will deliver:
- Brand Marketing Audit Report (PDF + optional presentation format)
- Digital Presence & Content Analysis Summary
- Strategy Draft with recommended next steps
- Outline for long-term engagement proposal
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, the Client will provide:
- Access to existing brand assets (logos, fonts, brand guide if applicable)
- Access to website backend or analytics (if available)
- Access to social media accounts or reporting dashboards (view-only or analytics access)
- Any relevant background material or prior marketing strategy documents
7. Non-Binding Intent
This MOU is not a legally binding contract. It reflects the intentions of the Parties to collaborate for the limited audit period and to negotiate a formal contract for the extended engagement following the completion of this work.
8. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep all shared documents, ideas, assets, and proprietary information confidential and to use them solely for the purpose of this engagement.
9. Next Steps
Upon completion of the audit, analysis, and strategy draft, Be Super Creative will deliver a custom proposal for a 6–12 month engagement, including:
- Detailed scope of work
- Deliverables
- Fee structure
- Project timeline
- Contract terms
